Subsidiary first or parent company first?
We could get a little conclusion that parent company would pop out after subsidiary company provides services and products several years later, in order to broaden the horizon of the business, the international visibility, brand awareness and so forth. As for the timing for the birth of parent company, it depends on the economic status of the place the subsidiary grows and the maturity of investors locally. It’s not necessarily for a company to create the parent company after 10 or 20 years, but after certain of time, or you could say “until the business grows sophisticated enough.”
Last but not least, an enterprise has different needs in different stage of development. Thinking about where to go and setting the destination and milestones are always extremely important. We should give applause to all the managers and operation team members all the time. They did done lots of great jobs and figured out when to dash and how to make a little bit difference day by day.
Sometimes, it’s hard to tell if the decision is helpful or not. Though, the enterprise grows bigger and bigger gradually with all heartfelt efforts by managers, employees, and of course by CEO and general managers.
We suffer from the poor outcome today sometimes. We face an even harder time tomorrow from time to time. Though, we could tend to embrace marvelous outcome the day after tomorrow. When we look back our achievements, the castle, they are all built up with the sweat and efforts, the bricks from colleagues and critical decisions. Well done, guy. Keep going.
